🛫 Pilot Activity Requirements
🕒 First Flight Deadline
All newly accepted pilots must complete their first flight within 14 days of acceptance.
Failure to do so will result in automatic account deletion.
Must be 16 years or older to join.
Must join our Discord after acceptance into VA.
📅 Ongoing Flight Activity
After your first flight, we require at least one flight every 30 days to maintain active status.
📤 PIREP Submission Rules
🔗 Manual PIREPs
Manual PIREPs must include a verification link from one of the following services:
VATSIM
IVAO
Volanta
Submissions without verification will be rejected.
🛬 Landing Rate Limit
The maximum allowed landing rate is -900 feet per minute.
Any landing beyond this may result in a rejected report.
🚫 Prohibited In-Flight Actions
❌ No in-flight refueling
❌ Time acceleration is strictly prohibited
✅ Network Conduct
All pilots must abide by the VATSIM and IVAO Codes of Conduct when flying on their networks.
Violation may result in disciplinary action or removal from the VA.
